• We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our jewelry. However, variations in materials and craftsmanship may occur.
• Availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to cancel orders if an item is unavailable.

Pricing & Payments

• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payment must be completed at checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays. Iva Esa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
• Signature is required for orders over $1000.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

• Jewelry (excluding special orders) can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in new condition and in its original packaging.
  
• Special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Limitation of Liability
