We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. To ensure a smooth transaction, please provide accurate billing details, including the card’s security code. For security reasons, we may only ship to the billing address associated with your card.

Shipping
At Iva Esa, we strive to ensure your order reaches you as smoothly as possible. While we do our best to process and ship orders quickly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to potential carrier delays beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Signature Requirement
All orders over $1000 will require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping Carriers
- Orders under $1000: Shipped via UPS
- Orders over $1000: Shipped via FedEx
No PO Boxes
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address (home or office) for delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Sales Tax
Since Iva Esa is based in New York, sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within New York State, as required by law. The exact tax rate will be calculated based on the shipping address at checkout.

Returns
We want you to love your Iva Esa jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Jewelry must be in new condition and returned in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Special orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
